Where is Chloride?

Chloride is a very small town in the northwest corner of Arizona. We are about 1 hour away from the Grand Canyon West Skywalk, 1 hour away from Las Vegas, and 1 hour away from Laughlin, NV. We are 4 miles off of the 93 north as you travel up from Kingman, AZ to Las Vegas.

Why should you stay here?

Chloride is rich with history and old west hospitality. Here you can connect with the past and each other on a walk around town or hiking on one of the many trails east of town.

At night you will be able to gaze upon the star filled sky and listen to the coyotes howling off in the distance.

What are the people like in Chloride?

Our little townsite is home to about 250 people. Most of the people are retired and moved here for the slow pace that a quite little town can offer. There are some of us younger folks in our 50's - 70's that love to take our off roading vehicles out to explore the trails and old mines or gather on the porch of Yesterdays for Margarita Monday.

So step back in time and visit us here is Chloride - we love to tell visitors about the history and where to go to see all the sites! You won't regret the time you spend here.

We had to leave, but I want to thank Yesterday's for the great meal and the Shady Lady for opening up her shop! We loved it!
