Old Miners' Day - June 8th

Come and help us celebrate our rich mining history that dates back to the early 1860's.


BAKE SALE: Our local bakers will have their best ready at 9am at The Thirsty Miner on the corner of Elkhart and 2nd St.

PARADE: You can register for the parade at the Town Hall up until 11am. The parade will begin on the corner of Tennessee and 2nd Sts at noon.

AWARDS/RAFFLE: After the parade, head on over to the Town Hall for the presentation of awards and for the calling of the raffle prizes. Tickets can be purchased at Yesterdays Restaurant, The Mineshaft Market, and The Thirsty Miner.

HORSESHOES: There will be a horseshoe tournament in the park at 10am.

GUNFIGHTS: At 11am and 1pm, there will be gunfights inside of Cyanide Springs.

LIVE MUSIC: Matt Burnett will be playing at Yesterdays starting at 11am and Joey Leone will be on the steps of the Silver Belle Playhouse inside Cyanide Springs after the 1pm gunfights.
